Never even shipped

I've ordered from Tress before and love my hat, so I decided to order one as a Christmas gift. I placed my order on November 25th, 2023. As of December 15,it still hasn't shipped. I am willing to give small businesses a ton of grace during this season, but this is the second time I've been emailed asking for a review of a product I haven't received. At this point I do not expect to have it in time for Christmas.

Love these caps

My favorite part of these caps is how deep the cap well is. Finally a cap that when you fit all of your hair into it, doesn’t look like it’s squeezing your head. And the bill on this cap is a little wider and longer. I only wish there were MORE COLORS!!! I get so many compliments on this cap. I think it’s something so many women are looking for but can’t find. I always tell them where to find these treasures!
