We only allow exchanges within 3 days, with no damages. Please indicate the desired model/size you would like to exchange. We recommend you contact customer service, firstname.lastname@example.org, to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold. Tress does not compensate for exchanges.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or merchandise credit. All sales are final on clearance items. Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase will be in the form of a gift card at the current retail price.
Our goal is to fulfill your purchase as quickly as possible. Please give orders 7 - 10 business days to process. All orders will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders are shipped via FEDEX & USPS.

While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time-to-time where we run out of stock of a particular product.
