We only allow exchanges within 3 days, with no damages. Please indicate the desired model/size you would like to exchange. We recommend you contact customer service, firstname.lastname@example.org, to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or merchandise credit. All sales are final on clearance items. Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase will be in the form of a gift card at the current retail price.
Our goal is to fulfill your purchase as quickly as possible. Please give orders 7 - 10 business days to process. All orders will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders are shipped via FEDEX & USPS.

While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time-to-time where we run out of stock of a particular product. In these instances your order will be canceled and a member of our customer service team will notify you. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
